We have a strict policy on Refunds. After you received your Brazilian Hair you will have two Business days upon receipt to let us know if their are any abnormality.


  • Shipping 
Please be patient when ordering your Brazilian Hair. Once you have made a purchase it will take up to 1 days for PayPal to process your order only on business days which are Monday-Friday. So if you order on the weekend or a holiday your order will not began until the following business day. After processing your order will be prepared for and ready for shipment. Shipping is usually 4-6 Business days to be delivered to your destination,depending upon where you live. Also you will be given a tracking number upon Shipping.


Once we Ship out The Brazilian Extensions orders we are not responsible for any delays, lost, stolen or damaged packages. we also don't give out refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your Tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this Untied States Postal Service. Golden Heart Hair not hold responsibility for package that state to be delivered. We do not Issue refund for package that state being delivered.
