These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our Website. By accessing or using any part of our Website you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of them then you should stop using the Site immediately.

 Policy 

We have a right to refuse service to any one that doesn't falls under GHHINC. All Eyelashes are Final Sale. 

Shipment Delays

For your convenience please do not wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, Hair Appointment or others engagements it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. we will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse on behalf of USPS. We are not responsible for late shipment due to inclement weather, Hoildays, Natural Disasters, or Carriers delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a busines day and should be considerd when calcuting shipping times, we entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. Changes to products and Prices

We reserve the right to make changes to the products and prices listed on the site, and to other content of this website,at any time without notice.

While we do our best to ensure that product on our website are accurate, some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. we reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at anytime should those changes be required for successful technological and legal operation of this site. you should check these terms of use regularly for such changes.

         Return

We have a strict policy on Refunds. After you received your Brazilian Hair you will have 2 Business days upon receipt to let us know.All return must be sent within 2 days of the shipment being delivered. Please contact our customer service firstly and send us a couple hair pictures with original package to prove the hair is all new , not been used/installed/wet/dye/iron ,cut and so on.

1) Hair with below problem, we can accept returning for replacement. but make sure the hairs are all new with the hair package, haven't been used/installed/wet/dye/iron/cut ans so on.

Quality Issues/Size Errors/Color Errors.

2) Wrong Order? Need to change other Style Hair, the hair must be all new with the hair package, haven't been used/installed/wet/dye/iron/cut and so on. and buyer must pay for all the shipping coast.

        Refund

3) Need to return the hair and refund, the hair must be all new with the hair package, haven't been used/installed/wet/dye/iron/cut and so on. and buyers must pay for all the shipping cost cancellations. 

Order Processing

Our Business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be in process first thing Monday, unless it is a Holiday. Once Shipped, Orders Arrive within the time frame selected at checkout.

         Payment Terms

All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all Major Credit Cards/Paypal. As soon as you place an order online your credit/debit card will be charged. We have Zero Tolerance for Credit Card Fraud and theft of our Merchandise. Any Fraudlent Puchasrs will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Please Double Check your Shipping Address when making a payment.
